GO WITH THE FLOW’ YOGA

Online Classes are delivered via Zoom into the comfort of your own home. I’ll send you a useful ‘Online Yoga Class - Checklist’ together with a couple of Spotify Playlists to ensure you have everything you need.

You can book blocks of 10 class passes for £75* or 5 class passes for £40. Pay here

Or you can simply pay as you go - £8 per class. Pay here

(*If you order a block of 10, then I simply mark off each time you use them. The 10 class passes or 5 class passes do not have an expiry date).

A little bit about the class, what you’ll need… and your teacher:

Classes vary to flow with the seasons, time of day, energy and are always considerate of ability. I focus on breath, body and mind connection - balancing strength, flexibility, presence and deep relaxation. My yoga is designed for 'every' 'body'. As a student you’ll be guided and nurtured throughout your practice.

You will need a yoga mat, (and blocks and straps for some classes although you can use cookery books and belts) - and we practice without socks (although you can have sticky yoga socks if you prefer).

About your teacher: I have been practising yoga for over 27 years and trained to teach with Sam Rao in 2014. My classes and retreats are drawn from the many styles I’ve practised over the years; Iyengar, Astanga, Anasura, Vinyasa, Yin, Hatha, MedYoga - to me, it's all Yoga. I call it ‘Go with the Flow’. And that’s exactly what we do.
