In person Yoga Day Retreats in a purpose built yoga shala. Treat yourself to a Restorative Retreat - exploring Yoga, Yin/Restorative Yoga, Breath work, (Pranayama), Meditation and the deeply relaxing benefits of Yoga Nidra.
£65 PER RETREAT 1.30pm-5.30pm (fully inclusive of all yoga sessions, light refreshments and Goody Bag.

The experience in detail
The Yoga Retreat opens with a welcome, introduction and some personal intention setting, followed by a wonderful upbeat and energising Vinyasa Flow practice. For those that don’t know what I’m talking about 😉- don’t worry, it’s a revitalising blend of movement, stretch, strengthening and breathing - adapted to whether you’re a beginner or well practiced.
We then break for a light snack and cup of herbal tea before we gather to explore some cleansing and relaxing Pranayama breathing practices with light meditation.
Feeling relaxed, we'll take our time to unravel and release with a slower restorative yin yoga session - giving ourselves time to find some stillness and let the breath do it’s work on replenishing our bodies and minds.
Following a short break, we’ll close our practice with a deeply relaxing guided Yoga Nidra, (yogic sleep!), a restorative and deeply nourishing practice.
Outline of your Retreat:
1.30pm - Arrival, welcome and Intention setting.
1.45 pm - 60 minute dynamic and rejuvenating flow. (There’ll be modifications for beginners and the more advanced - ensuring the practice suits everyone).
2.45pm - 15 minute break: Following our practice, we’ll break for 15 minutes - (healthy snack time*).
3.00pm - 30 minute breath-work: Exploring the power of pranayama.
3.30pm - 60 minute yin/restorative yoga practice: Slowing down our practice to focus on getting present and deep release.
4.30pm -15 minute break: Following our practice, we’ll break for 15 minutes. (Intention check-in).
4.45pm - 40 minute meditation / yoga nidra - final relaxation: The ultimate deep yogic sleep to allow you and your body to absorb all of your practice, restore, replenish and nourish mind, body and spirit.
5.30pm - Home time: Refreshed and rejuvenated, you float off back to your day to day lives.

Goody bag: You’ll receive your very own 'Relaxing Roller Blend' of essential oils to take away with you, so as you float-off home, restored and replenished in mind, body and soul - you can retain that sense of peace. Bliss!
LOCATION AND DETAILS
Venue: Spring Yoga is a dedicated yoga studio / shala situated at 5 Royal Hunt House, Ascot SL5 8JR. There is free parking outside the studio and across the road.
£65.00 per retreat. (Includes all yoga, refreshments and Goody Bag).
Beginners very welcome. There will be modifications and different options for all levels of practice.
Limited to max 12 people. (Minimum 8 people required to run the retreat).
BOOKING AND CANCELLATION POLICY
Full payment is required to confirm your place. Your booking fee is non-refundable. However, I am happy for you to find someone to take your spot if you can no longer make it, or defer to a future date.
